Whatever diary tool you use we can arrange to share your diary & manage your appointments. This is especially useful when you’re in a meeting or need to take a holiday, simply forward your phone to us & we’ll take care of things.

We can research locations, create and send out invitations, organise the technical requirements and catering, liaise with speakers and be there on the day to man reception and welcome your delegates and ensuring the event runs smoothly.
Document Creation and Editing
We can create professional looking documents in Excel, Word or Powerpoint or Google Docs. We can set up templates for all your documents helping to ensure that time is not wasted on repetitive tasks. If you have proper templates it will not only save time but give your business a professional look. If you have documents that need printing we can take care of that & deliver the printed documents to your door saving you a whole lot of time.
Expenses and Bookkeeping
We can collect any paperwork required from you and update your spreadsheets in whichever banking system you use, our current clients use Clearbooks, Sage, Excel and Quickbooks but we can quickly pick up other systems if need be. We can also submit your online vat returns & keep all your filing up-to-date and ready for your accountant.
If you never turn your phone off when you go on holiday because there’s no one to cover you then it’s time your had a proper holiday! We can provide personal assistant services and answer calls while you’re away, share your diary & pencil in appointments, answer emails and make sure things are covered while you relax.
Collect and Post
If you have parcels to send but don’t have the time or inclination to queue up at the post office then we will happily collect your post and take care of it for you. We will simply add the costs of the postage to your monthly bill.
