We track all open issues and updates per property via a shared document, database or regular update call, so you always know exactly what is happening without having to chase anyone. We follow up on outstanding matters with tenants or contractors and draft or review correspondence before it is sent, keeping communication professional and consistent at all times.

While we do not replace your accountant, we support the administrative side of your property finances. That includes tracking rent payments and arrears, chasing overdue payments, logging deposits and prescribed information, and keeping clear records ready for your year-end review.
