Personal Assistant Services
As a landlord or property owner, it looks more professional if you have a PA. We can act as an intermediary between you and the tenants or contractors. It also means that there is an extra contact if you are on holiday or to make quick decisions in an emergency.
Diarising Reminders & Arranging Appointments
Letting out properties comes with a series of responsibilities including annual gas safety checks, PAT tests, EICR and various other points. Red Desk Virtual can set reminders so that these checks and appointments are booked in with tenants in good time.
Contractors
We have gained knowledge and built up a good network of reliable contractors for the properties that we manage, especially in the North London area. If your property is in a different location then we always find contractors with good reviews online and provide at least three quotes.
Communication
If there is a tricky situation, we can draft emails or review other communications before they are sent out to the relevant party. We can track issues or updates for each property via a document, database or weekly phone call. We can also remind the landlord or tenant regarding outstanding issues and keep things moving along.
Budget
We work to your budget. We can either provide support for an agreed number of hours per month which we can track via weekly timesheets or we can provide a more adhoc service. This is where we can help out at busy times like when tenants are moving in or out and you need an extra pair of hands to manage inventory clerks, liaising with estate agents and booking in contractors.
