5 Ideas To Help Business Owners in 2015

5 Ideas To Help Business Owners in 2015

We hope you are looking forward to all the new challenges that 2015 brings.   We’ve 5 ideas for 2015 and how a VA can help business owners achieve them.

1 – Develop client/customer relationships

If you are spending valuable time in the office on tasks that take you away from time with your customers then think about outsourcing some of those tasks to a VA.  A VA can help with business support and also book you appointments with your top clients so you can develop your client relationships.

2 – Create a Social media strategy – if you don’t already use social media, you may be close to missing the boat.  All good companies (big and small) are on social media.  You don’t need to be on every social media network – just pick a few and use them well.  At Red Desk we’ve seen a huge increase in the number of clients getting on board the social media train, and we are now even looking to recruit another VA specifically to cover social media.

3 – Get on top of your bookkeeping – this is perhaps one side of the business that you either love or loathe.  If you loathe it, outsource it.  A VA can help chase on outstanding payments or update expense spreadsheets for you.  If you want to handover your bookkeeping entirely then think about using a bookkeeping agency such as Simply Office Solutions.  They will look after your needs and liaise with your accountant on your behalf.

4 – Do more research – Is it the right time to launch that new product? Will expanding into that particular market be beneficial to your business? A VA can spend the time researching information and answers you need to questions like that and more, then relay it to you when the time is right.

5 – Produce more professional looking presentations – If your powerpoint skills are somewhat below average, and you struggle getting your point across visually, outsource it.  A VA can interpret data and present it in a user-friendly format – creating professional looking presentations that are bound to wow your audience.

If you would like any assistance with any of those business ideas, do get in touch.  We’d be happy to help.
